Which platforms can I publish to?
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. Write a post once, choose the channels, and AMS publishes it on schedule, photos, carousels and video included.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and start on the Free plan without a card.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial, but the Free plan is free for good. You can set up one business, look at everything, and upgrade when you are ready.
How do I connect my accounts?
Open your business in AMS, go to Connections and sign in to each platform. AMS only asks for the permissions it needs to post and to read your messages.
Using AMS
How does the AI chatbot know about my business?
It answers from the knowledge base you build in AMS (opening hours, prices, policies, FAQs). If it is not sure, it hands the chat over to your team instead of guessing.
Which customer chats can I handle in the inbox?
Messenger, Instagram messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok messages and the chat box on your own website arrive in one inbox, where your team or the AI can reply.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates to a business and give each role (admin, agent, viewer) only the access they need.
How do I put the AMS blog and chat on my own website?
Open Profile Setup, Website code, and copy the one line of code into your website. Your AMS posts then appear as a blog on your own site, and visitors get a chat box. You can change the look in AMS at any time without touching your website again.
What does "Allow back link" do?
If you tick it in Profile Setup, a small "powered by AMS" link shows on your blog and chat, and your business is listed on the Who's on AMS page with a link to your website. It is optional and you can switch it off any time.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
The Free plan costs nothing. The Member plan is one monthly price per business, with a lower price from the fifth business. The exact numbers are on the Pricing page.
How do I add a teammate?
Every business comes with you plus one more person. Extra people are a one-time payment for that business and are yours to keep, with no monthly charge.
What happens when I add another business halfway through the month?
You pay only for the days left in your current period, then the normal price from your next renewal. AMS shows the exact amount before you pay.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Where tax applies (for example SST in Malaysia), it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Is it renewed automatically?
No. AMS never charges you by itself. It emails you before your renewal date and you pay when you are ready.
What if I do not renew?
You get 7 extra days to use everything as normal. After that your account goes back to Free: one business keeps running, the others become read-only, and nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refundable, so please try the Free plan first to make sure AMS fits you.
Data and privacy
Is my data kept separate from other businesses?
Yes. Every business is isolated: its content, connections and customer conversations are only visible to the members you invite.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Sign in and open Profile, Privacy and data. You can download your data or delete your account there, and switch marketing e-mails on or off.
